ITMT, they ain't got much HW inventory? Why is that, the Netherlands is right next door to Germany?

I emailed Krale yesterday and can now login to the US site. Checked my order history and it is blank! I have been buying from them since 2015, thousands of $$, gone. Explained this to the "chat" lady Berrith who sent me 6 Invoices, which was all they had on me and 2 of those were for a free warranty part. I have placed 15-20 orders since 2015 so this not even close. Hopefully they are in the process of fixing this.All those that care might want to check your order history.
