Woke up this morning and got some coffee going then a sat down and reread this entire thread. The plan for today is to set up on the North Range outdoor shooting deck. The weather looks like it's going to be near perfect.

First I'll need to break those 3 new mags in. They are a bit tight straight off the 3D printer but a few cycles in and out of the breech loosens them up real nice. Once broken in they fit nice and snug with a positive snap into position and cycle real smooth.
I was a bit confused as to why I got so many shots from a full fill and, after rereading the thread, I realized that I was only filling the gun to 3900 before and this last time I fill it to it's max at 4350 (300 bar). Yeah, that could make a difference..

I also read that I was filling with the Vevor compressor and have since purchased a true Yong Heng that performs better than that older Vevor. Don't get me wrong, the Vevor is still a good back up compressor. I have it in the Castin' Shack and it's handy to fill guns in there as opposed to running back and forth to the shop for refills.

That is a beautiful day Bill.
Cool in the morning, room temperature from 10 to 6, then cool in the evening to do any physical work that goes well with the cool temperature.
If you had this every day then you wouldn't appreciate the perfect day as much.
Don't think about the 85+ and high humidity of the summer, just enjoy what you have today.

I look forward to the data. The famous 40-40 tune squeezed 1600 FPE from an M-Rod tube. I wonder how many FPE's you'll get from your Avenger tube.

Topped the gun off to 300 bar (4350) and loaded up all 7 mags (84 shots) with Hatsan 24.70 gr pellets.
I hit everything on the North Range at 20 - 45 yards with 1/2" or less accuracy and the only adjustments I made during the session was the side focus.
So far I shot 4 of the 12 round mags and the gauge is at 3100 psi. Plenty left to shot the remaining 3 mags. It should drop off the reg at or near the end of the last mag.
I'm gonna grab a bite to eat and then verify that. After that I'll get the chrono set up.

Yeah but that dang secret squirrel got me... I just couldn't leave that old laptop alone. I am going to give it one last chance in the Red Shed. Maybe if it sees how close it is to a hammer it will act right.

Let me just say this.. I have a love/hate relationship with Triggertreat's spreadsheet.
I love it for ease of use and the amount of information it puts at eye level.
I hate it for the same reason.... It shows how bad the tune is on this Avenger.

Looks like I got some work to do.

That regulator is all over the place.

The only good thing I saw from this string was the accuracy at 35 yds. Anything a quarter size or smaller would have been dead meat... and that was with little to no concentration to hit the same exact spot.

Also, if you do the math, 7x12 is not 82.. it appears my chrono missed a couple shots.
