Well no pellets yet, they are in state but seem to be stalled in Pendleton Or, either that or they have not updated the tracking. 

I suspect a COVID 19 work place outbreak.

I did the  express shipping,  5 bucks extra, but with the virus, Christmas  mail got me warming up the lead pot.

Good news they are flying well and.......The old one eyed blind guy didn’t self ignite.
Just checked again, they are moving in the FEDEX system.

Wayne... my Kratos it really accurate shooting your cast Magnum Hunters as well.
To be quite honest.. it shoots many varieties well. 


So folks.. SOMEWHERE was a post for the Crosman part # for the magazine. I want to order more but so help me, I can not find it.
I thought it was from Troy Hammer?

Here is a short shot string with 27 grain NOE Hunters cast of pure lead weighing 27.1 to 26.8 grains.

I had refilled to 3000 psi and had shot 50 shots on the fill. 

I then shot # 51 to shot # 60 with the FX Chronograph attached.
Then I refilled, the pressure was at 2400 psi, this means it used 600 psi  for 60 shots.

That's 10fpe at 27gr am I missing something?

I am sorry, It probably would have helped if I mentioned that the power wheel was at the maximum low position.  I only shoot ten yards.

Basically I fired 60 shots, and chronied the last 10 of those shots.  The 60 shots used 600 psi of air.  The shots were fired with the power wheel on the lowest setting and averaged 411 FPS.

I have not gotten my pellets yet, but I did find some 34 grainers and shot them and my 27 grain cast pellets with the selector on high power.
34 grain pellet 786 FPS.
27 grain pellet. 877 FPS.

I have not taken the stock off yet, looking for the hammer spring adjuster, but I think it may break 900 FPS.

I only had 3 shots with the 27 grains, they recorded 876, 877, 877.

My latest "restock" of tried and true pellet order arrived and confirmed...
 I don't know why but my Kratos shoots the FX 15.9 and 18.1 better than the equivalent sized JSB's
 Supposedly, they come from the same place but obviously something is different. Maybe FX gets the fresh mold?
But the price is the same and the FX are more readily available!

I just got miy AA 25.39 “kings” in, they shoot one hole group, just a bit smaller group than my cast pellets.
These seem to be pretty good guns.  I have not shot and. Chronied a long string, but the short strings I have shot are really consistent.  Without doing a full tank it is hard to tell.

At the short range I shoot at, on low power I think I could go  well below 2000 PSI before Poi changes.  Right now I am running the AA pellets at 525 FPS, which is just off the bottom level, takes a few attempts to dial it in.  It is far easier though to go from 400 FPS to 877 FPS(max on low and high) than most of my airguns, the exception being my Seneca 25 carbine which has the same  power dial but different operation and far broader range of adjustment.

I am really liking this rifle for what I do, low velocity 10 yard shooting.

Quiet, accurate , dependable and so easy to adjust, just turn the dual, 400 to 877 FPS with Kings at the turn of a dial.

At 500 fps, it behaves like a regulated rifle.  Maximum low setting is a bit too slow for the AA 25.39 pellets, but 500 FPS puts them in one tiny hole, again and again.  My rifles controls are smoothing up, the side lever is so smooth and light.

Compared to my other detuned 10 yard airguns, the Prod and Skyhawk, the adjustability of this rifle keeps it on the tripod and the others in the man cave.  I thought about putting the carbon fiber bottle on it, however right now, I will wait. 

Maybe some day I will adjust the hanger spring to make the bottom adjustment up to 500 FPS if it does not result in a cliff string on high power.

#383 is doing well also.
When I received it, it had no pressure on the gauge and I was worried it had a leak.
If it does, it is VERY slow because for me it holds a charge for a weeks.

Matter of fact I think I will shoot it today.

She is going to get a bipod very soon. Something like this....
