P17 Shelving

Since I can't reshape the grip itself easily, I tried adding a shelf. It sits in about a 1/8" recess and attaches to the removable side with 2 4-40 screws/nuts with oversized washers. It is a little tricky putting the grip back on all the pins (the recess needs to be open to allow the fixed grip to slide in).

It feels good, still TBD if it helps me shoot it any better.

Now to come up with an alternative to the classy anti-blister black duct tape on the top rail.
