Hello all, I made this post to the PCP/CO2 forum with no response. I suspect means nobody knows the answer, but found this ""shoptalk" forum and decided to post here also in hopes someone might have an idea.
The Crossman 1077 repeater I have started to leak CO2 when the cartridge is tighten up. I removed the stock and it looks like the seat around where the CO2 cartridge neck seats is leaking as the plug is tighten. As I check, the brass part that tightens the seal into place (number 338-041) seems to be loose. I tighten that finger tight, but the seal still leaks.
Is there anything to check more? Since this is a low end $70 rifle, is it really worth spending much on to repair?
Thanks for any help 'n guidance.

Yep, I did buy it new, but it's over a yr old I'm sure..... OR very close to it anyway.
Isn't the Crossman warranty 1 yr?
