Are slugs cast with tin potentially more consistent in weight than if using lead?
I'm thinking primarily small calibers.
How about cast tin slugs vs. swaged lead slugs? How much difference in consistency?

I just ran a batch of NOE .25 cal. wadcutters most in lead, but did a small run in Tin, from the test sample I would say it is the same, the variance was smaller in tin, but due to its lighter weight I would gather that could make more of or the same difference.
I will run a larger batch in tin and get better samping .
