I finally saw the smaller rat at the feed station by himself, so I set up and waited. I was finally rewarded with an opportunity to take a shot. The gate wasn't opened because I didn't want to spook him, so it wasn't the best shot. Ended up giving him a frontal lobotomy! His performance is only rivaled by the HOSP yesterday and I do believe they will both receive nominations for an Oscar for best dramatic death scene! LOL!
Here's overhead view of his final performance!
You can see in the picture below how the pellet creased his cranium! Not my cleanest shot, but the end result was the same...

Paul, great shot! That pellet did “crease” his dome! And, he sure put Greg Louganis to shame with his 3 and a half gainer and some barrel rolls! Gotta be a 10 for a score! LOL! Super videos as always. You only had a very small POI for a head shot with that chain link!

Thanks guys! The big female was back you there about 30 minutes after I thumped the little male! Obviously not missing him much... So, how long till I start seeing the baby targets start to emerge? LOL!

Give it a week or so to see what is up, I know it's hard,
just remember the Yellow Brick Road tour guides..................leading the way to Paulies Dinner......LOL
You need a distraction for a while..............I know..............Set up a 2x4 with a slit in the top,
place a playing card in the slot, then attempt to shoot it in half, at the same range as your are thumping your Ratus etc.
When you have done that 3 x in a row, back to back, you can have a free fire zone..................LOL
