I just got through testing all my pellets in my Crosman Raven, and believe it or not, this is the most accurate pellet! I'll confirm later, but I bet with this lightweight pellet, my humble little Raven shoots 900 fps.
The torpedo-shaped pellet body is molded from a hard plastic. There is no seam visible anywhere except the little mark at the middle of the base. This bit of flashing bothered me at first, but where it is located, it is not really in the airstream.
The diameter is just perfect for the Raven's barrel. It slips in with just a touch of resistance and doesn't need to be forced at all.
The sides of the torpedo body are flat, and give a lot of area to grab the rifling.
The cup the pellets are packed in say they are 40% metal, but lead-free. They're made in Hungary.
Speaking of the cup, this is the nicest pellet container I've yet seen. The lid snaps on positively and will not come off by accident. It is a medium hardness plastic, so it will not dent or break. The lid has a little tab to help pull it off.
The icing on the cake is that they are cute. No, I'm not kidding.
When my wife got home from work, she tiredly put her feet up on the couch and flipped on a sitcom. I asked her: "Do you want to see my new pellets? They're super-cute! I was expecting a certain response, and she did not disappoint. She rolled her eyes and said: "Sure Honey."
I went and got one, then made her close her eyes and hold out her hand. (she rolled them again before cooperating.) I put the pellet in her hand, and her mouth made a big O-shape, then she produced a huge smile. "Oh m GOD, they ARE cute!"
I honestly think that if you get a pack of these pellets and show them to your lady, you stand a better chance of getting her to come shoot with you. Tell her they're lead-free and won't make her hands dirty, and they're also cute and colorful and accurate.
I'll post the 10 yard target and a few others for comparison soon.

Woah, havn't seen those things before, got a tail and everything. They're kinda cute. If they shoot like you say, specially at longer ranges i'd have to give those a try. J

I have looked at some of these lead-free designs, and never bought because the gr. weight is low even at high fps the fpe should be poor, especially at longer range. The evironmentally friendlier concept doesn't hold up for me either when you consider there is no oppotunity to melt and reuse as a sinker or pour in a bullet mold etc. If you use them on a live target something like a HOSP might be good at close range , but please do not use them on a more substantial game[squirrel , rabbit etc.]
So my guess single use , indoor[no wind] target shoots these would be great. One advantage would be in less barrel cleaning.
I think my favorite pellet for looks {not cute though} is the RWS Super-H-Point, first tin I opened provoked an immediate need to see the type of damage they cause on live tissue.
Curious to see your results,
Ethan

Saw these posted on CAPOF forums and the preliminary test by one of the member was promising, but haven't seen anything else about them since.

I believe they are rubber/polymer with a lead ball tip... supposed to be good for short range shooting where you need to be careful of ricochets and you don't want them over traveling.
I wanted to hear more info about them before trying to get them... they are pricey based on my rough math/currency conversion, but might make good backyard pellets

the green and the blue line.
green is .22, and blue is .177.
green was shot from disco, range 25 meters, with stand.
blue was shot from quest, same range, with stand (on a hand).

They look a bit erratic, thanks for sharing stefan
Seems like those are similar to groups i got with older style skenko's when i was trying for speed out of a modded 2260. The speed was there but you just couldn't get them to shoot straight. Thought the tails might make a difference. J

4 g ?? Seems awful light to me. I don't think I would want to shoot these in my springers.

Sensing a bit of skepticism, I attached the target in question to the first post. The group is high, compared to the other pellets, but very tight.
I'm surprised too. They shoot well out of my Crosman 1377, but not quite this well.
