Brockock vs fx?

At first I was thinking about airforce but if I'm gonna buy a pcp gun I decied to stretch the budget so I'm not stuck wanting more then my gun can produce. I plan on 50-100yrd shots at the dairy I pest for. Not sure on caliber yet between. 22 and .25

 go with the 25 dreamline classic it is a fine shooting rifle as it is...900 fps for 40 shots with the 25.39 jsb pellets.

FX or Brocock? I chose Brocock. I own a Compatto and a Bantam Sniper HR both in .22 I have made consistent kills with both on pigeons out to 100 yards. They are both more accurate than I can hold. On AGN, you see a post everyday about someone having some issue with various FX PCPs. I don’t like to tinker or chase problems. Both of my Brococks have thousands of pellets through them with no issues at all. After a year and half I replaced 1 Oring on the inlet valve on the Compatto. FX products are very popular because they work for many. But many also seem to have issues with them. So of the two I vote Brococks.

I have never been a fan of FX air guns, they are often too complicated and always overpriced. I have owned multiple Brococks and have loved them, for the money they are awesome guns and very accurate. Another gun you might consider is an Air Arms, I have owned a couple of S410's and one S510 and they are extremely well made and deadly accurate. That is the first gun I shot the heads off 5 matches at 20 yards with 5 shots on my first attempt, they are probably more accurate than I am capable of shooting, for the price they are an awesome gun and if you  choose the right one it will have a power adjuster so you can plink in the back yard and save air, they are also very easy to make whisper quiet, Good luck with your choice, Neil

Big fan of the Brocock myself.  My son has a Bantam 400cc .25 unregulated and the accuracy and consistency is amazing for an unregulated gun.  I know the newer Huma regulated options are even better, so I don't think you can go wrong.  I'd personally never own an FX, just not my thing just like Daystate, I don't need all the complicated add ons, just more stuff that can break and I don't tinker like a lot do on the board so I just want something that works.  I will say that the FX gives you a ton of options for future upgrades in caliber, pellets and slugs.  Just really depends on your future goals.

BTW, I also own 2 different Ataman M2R's, .25 and .30, they are very cool guns and shoot lights out, just no bottle option so you don't get as many shots but man oh man I can put hole in hole at 50 yards with JSBs and Polymags with both of them.  Just tossing that out there for consideration.  Also they are heavy, probably my one gripe but when they shoot like they do and I can always take my Caldwell shooting chair with me I don't really worry about it.
