Chambers didn’t respond to my last email when I asked them about making custom barrel lengths and then specifying groove or no groove for a front globe sight. They also said they wouldn’t be able to ship more than 2 barrels at a time.

We should just ask them to get HW50S barrels made in .20 cal Period! And be happy if they accept the order. I think simpler is better. To avoid confusion I think going in with an order to purchase a minimum of 10 would potentially help our order being filled sooner.

I think it would be better if you reached out to them once we have a group of committed folks to order them. Remember, they did say they want to be paid upfront in full. So I assume, after they provide a group buy price that 10 individuals would need to quickly pay chambers individually and give them their addresses.

I get the feeling finding 10 people here on this site won’t be a stretch. I am all in for one barrel, already have a new cocking arm and pivot pin waiting for this...

Not sure how you set up a potential group by. And again, I think I tired them out with my emails so I ask you or someone else to take over with communicating with chambers.

I spoke with OC, I think were just going to have to approach Chambers and ask to see if they can get these barrels? I think if enough folks ask them they may make an attempt to ask HW for these barrels, I will try to contact them and see what they say, it may take a bit so be patient

Hey guys, I just ordered some stuff from AOA... They said Weihrauch only runs barrels @ once a year... Talk to Darren @ AOA re. Minimum order for .20 barrels... Just an FYI on my part.

@ Yogi; I don't know, I merely found out that Darren( sales mgr.) is the fellow to talk to re. Minimum barrel order, he was otherwise engaged while I was on the phone.
Seems like AOA might be a good bet, considering they're partnered w/ Weihrauch on the exclusive laminate 30's ?

Well, having just been told Yesterday I’m getting a 20% pay cut for 3 months (atleast). That’s the best dang news I could have ever hoped for. It’s not cheap but, that works for me. I’ll figure someway to do this.

I will try to call AOA tomorrow and ask about this.
We may still need to do a group GTA buy, Ill find out.
They did say for more than 10 the price drops to $145

FWIW
Krale - HW50 w/shipping $285 + Barrel $155 + shipping ??
AOA - HW50 free shipping $317 + Barrel $155 might could ship barrel with gun ?

If AOA will ship the barrel with the gun (if you buy one) I bet it will be a wash either way.
I think I would go with AOA.

$145 would be better and I think we ha w 10 people who would go for it.

Interesting option by buying a new gun and buying a .20 barrel to build an ultimate 50S. If I did that I’d Buy a gun in .22 cal and sell the barrel for $100. A lot of takers for .22 barrels out there. Net price would be under $350!

Only question, now is how long would it take for these barrels to get here and do we have to pay in full up front?
