Quick cold pesting

I had to get out of the house between rain storms and snow since the wind wasn't bad. Well until I got ready to go then it went to 15+ mph. Loaded up anyway and headed to the feed store, sure enough the starling tree has at least 15 sitting in it. I parked 35 yds away got out my AT4410S QE loaded with Hades and went to work. Dropped 2 in 2 shots but missed the third when I hit a limb.

Got out my cameras and couldn't get either one to work right. Put cameras away went back to work. Went back by the cattle feeder and shot 3 more starlings before the lull. By now the wind chill has given me an earache and headache but decided to stay. Got another shot when I found more in another favorite tree and missed one by the grain bins. Finally saw another one back in the starling tree and managed to get the shot on scopecam, first ever. Missed but that's ok the camera worked.

Not too bad now back to wind and rain for the rest of the week.

I just loaded up my suet feeders this afternoon..... hoping a few yellowbeaks stop by for lunch
