Beeman P17 Deluxe Pellet Hand Gun with Sights

My local WM is selling these at $7.

Any thoughts? Good / bad ?

There’s limited stock so the quicker the responses the better.

From what read, it’s only .177 and 410 FPS.  Supposed to be a one cock to shoot.

I have a 1377 &1322 for squirrel eradication.

I don’t think this Beeman would be good for that, but if others have thoughts in that let me know.

Word of mouth is that they are surprisingly accurate and are considered a steal at the regular price.  I'd say grab one.  I went to the local walmart in Coon Bottom tonight hoping they had some on sale.  No luck.  Everything here is regular price.

They are really good-- a legal clone of the $230 Beeman P3.  Get one while you can!   I bought 8 recently for $7.50 on Amazon, were great Christmas gifts-- I have 2 myself.

The P17 is a $100 pistol that usually sells for about $30.
The P17s are extremely accurate target pistols.
They are an excellent copy of the Beeman P3 that Amazon sells for $218.
I bought 7 when Amazon put them on sale for $7.50.

I already have 3 but if I saw a handful of them at $7 each I would have cleaned them out. They make great gifts.
On second thought... these would be excellent door prizes for the up coming GTA Fun Shoot East in May.
I have 3 Walmarts in within a 40 miles range. I may call all of them today and ask if they will pull and hold all they have in stock for me until I can get there.

Best pistol under $200, if you are able to cock a break barrel. Go back and buy at least 2 of them. I have 2 and I would buy 2 more if they were under $15 where I live.

Only air pistol I can shoot accurately at 30' and a good deal at ~$7.
Fun plinking and target pistol, but single shot from one heavy pump means slow shooting pace.
At ~3 fpe these are NOT for hunting squirrels and rabbits. Maybe mice or pest sparrows?

It looks like a couple of "old airgun nuts" got there before you and bought them all.

I was given one and after having owned the P3 or something like it in 1999 it works the same but the air compression chamber is stronger.
I've been shooting Crow Magnums and Heavy 10.5gr CPDs (.177) and the handgun reminds me of the earlier one in operation.

Yes there is more on this model than just what meets the eye and I think China killed it with this!  China has also been turning out very good optics too.
