Hatsan BT65 Big Bore Carnivore Charging

Hello all. I'm delving into PCPs so this might be a newbie question, but here it is:

Can the cylinder on the Hatsan BT65 be removed, then pressurized and reattached to the rifle, or should it remain attached to the rifle while pressurizing?

Nice bonus with those guns, you can buy an extra tube and just swap them out if need be, top off later. If going that route be sure to get the BT cylinder  and not the AT cylinder.
