Oh great now I have to practice my discus throwing skills as well as breathing and heart rate control. If I throw one out there I sure aint worried bout going to get it back.

Glad to know I am not he only ones that keeps everything, I still have my Levi jean jacket from high school.

As I have been saying all along, this Fun Shoot will be open to the public to expose our hobby/sport to all ages who think an airgun is a 'toy' you buy at Walmart. We'll want to promote  and teach safety among other things.
Pretty sure we won't be chunking anything but pellets down range.

I would like to propose a  competitive event if something like this isn't already on the schedule.  In the early days of competitive mountain biking every race had an event called the "Huffy Toss"  wherein participants would compete to see how far they could throw a Huffy bicycle.  I propose the Cheap Airgun Toss!  Participants will compete to hurl box store brand  airguns for distance and style.  I have some guns I will donate!

Once Rocker1 gets beat using his FX, he'll be tossing that FX across the field...Get ready.

I checked my on call calendar at work and I am free the weekend of the fun shoot. My wife and I plan to drive down from Chattanooga on Friday. I have yet to purchase a PCP Air rifle so looking forward to being at a place were I can see what everyone is shooting. The only Air Rifles I have found around Chattanooga are break barrels but I am interested in a PCP. As a possible new convert to the Air gun world I am looking forward to the event in May.
Is there an address for the location the Fun shoot is going to be at.
I wanted to do a map quest to see exactly where it is. Thanks Tom.

Yep... good thing the Nitro acted as full body armor.
I might suggest he wears his armor to bed... that deer will have full access to his tent.

If it's any consolation... deer hunting season ends Feb 10th here. Maybe the deer will have forgotten about being chased around the woods by guys trying to kill them by then....
... then again,,, maybe not.
