Looks like a winner to me for sure.

I need a 10x10 on the 140 yard range area.

Checked my local dirt cheap yesterday and no canopies in stock right now but still got time to maybe get lucky.

By my figures... that's 40 10x10 shooting lanes in and outside of the 'arena'.
I wasn't able to get inside the building today but, there is ample room in there for exhibits and such. The pavilion is roughly 100' by 200' for registration and raffle/door prizes. Between that and the building will be the food and drink trailers. Everything is in great relationship to all areas. Fences are in place everywhere to keep folks and lead away from each other. We can also add caution tape to control tracffic.

Mike, the Fred's here in town recently closed it's doors but, if you have one locally, they had good deals on them too. Pretty sure you can also find a good deal online with plenty of time for shipping.

My mind is going 1000 mph with this thing.... random thoughts flying in and out.
For example... I think all shooters can see the top of those steps at the announcer's booth. That would be a good spot for a green and red flag signaling when it's safe to go downrange and set/change targets.
2 days gives us plenty of 'bench time'. I would hope all attending members can volunteer to trade off "flag duty".

Once again..... this will be my first time attending a fun shoot of any kind, let alone setting one up. I appreciate all input from those with experience.

Spoke to the owner of the mansion seen across the road from the Ag Center in some of the pictures and let him know what and when we were planning. He was also excited to join in. One more bordering land owner to speak to.... I'm sure he will be just as welcoming.

A special Guy needs to watch Rocker1 if I walk out!
If he shoots me I'd probably start dancing around and then we are in trouble!

You're probably right... flags won't work... I hear Rocker1 is color blind.... at least that would be a good excuse he might use.

Yep got one of them also and got time for sure. Wally world is only 40 bucks so no worries if I cannot find a discounted one.

I think a bullhorn or one of those CO2 powered air horns will be best to signal cease fire versus colored flags myself.   

I will gladly volunteer for intervals of line duty as well.

Excited, Is it time yet, Are we there yet.
