Seriously? Very poor product. The plug is 0.005” oversized and I had to pry it out of the breech. Not sure how I am supposed to “install” it as the instructions read so nonchalantly.

I had the same problem also. I used a Dremel and a fine rock till it fit then I polished it.

I have not had the problem - 5 .22 steel breeches. The good news is the gun will work fine without the cap. (Inadvertently discovered a few years ago)
