Is Diana Discontinuing Anymore Rifles,........

I've been following this thread as I like the Diana line A LOT!!  I have seen nothing regarding an announcement by the Diana Corporation or one of their representatives about what their line will be in the future.  Perhaps they have made no changes they feel would warrant an announcement.  I have seen guns for sale which don't appear on their website.  I have seen guns on their website which do not appear for sale - at least not in this country.  They may be discontinuing some guns, I really don't know.  It appears to me at this point this thread is rumor and conjecture.

I agree Thomas; it's nothing but rumor and conjecture.

And IF it is discontinued it doesn't mean that Diana will make a formal announcement.

For what it's worth, the 52 is no longer listed on the Umarex USA website.

Umarex informed me a couple years ago that they would no longer warranty the D52 and D56 due to parts not being available. They also informed me they would not use parts from the 48 or 54 to service the D52 and D56.

Unearthing this old thread as the question is relevant again. Folks are learning and discussing the 460 platform possibly having been discontinued. We saw the 34 go since this thread started. And so wondering what we know and donkt know about Diana springer platforms being produced moving forward. Lot of Diana shooters and tinkerers, myself one of them.

Has Diana actually discontinued the 52?  Or does AoA not expect to get more at the giveaway price?  It appears one may still procure the various models through Pyramyd - if willing to pay their price.

Pyramid Air doesn't have any either Tom, the guy I talked with there said they can't get the guns 🤷‍♂️

OK, AFAIK:

BLS (the wholesaler) is moving the distribution warehouse to the mid-west (from the Pacific NorthWest), so they are extremely busy.

Stocks at retailers may be low for that reason (sometimes it would pay to talk to each other, but retailers do not have the habit, and BLS is a beginner).

The 460 is NOT being discontinued, the K98 Spring WAS. The 52 WAS, but the 48 is NOT. The 54 is being one of the top sellers W-W, and the 34 EMS in synthetic stock is also a strong performer. The 350 Classic and Panther (Synthetic stock) are still on the catalog, the NTec versions are NOT.

A NEW generation of "Action line" rifles is on the pipeline, but things between China and the West are not as they should be. Blame the CGITK (crazy guy in the kremlin) and the Chinese leaders ambitions + the current Economic downturn over there.

If someone wants something specific, let me know. We'll do our best to help.

A correct replacement piston for my Diana 350 and a factory mainspring would be nice, I don't expect to have to pay for the piston however👍

You ask, and upon reply, you already are looking at something else.
Rinse and repeat.

I can ask/look for the piston, and the spring, but you should at least commit to defray shipping and banking costs.
It's how M&G/DIANA works. And it is how it has worked for many others.

AFAIK it is only related to the PCP's in the Action Line, mainly the Outlaw, which is the more interesting one.

The Springers in the Action line are not intended for the same market as the springers in the Performance line.
They received some modifications BEFORE launching and they have been working well within their price point.
I know many lament the demise of the 280 (me among them), but the reality of the market is that there is no sustainability in those models when made to German standards.

I asked you if you could get me a factory mainspring and piston and instead you offered a used spring for a 460 or a Titan spring with a used Diana guide for $65.00 or a "custom guide and tophat with a #1 Titan spring for $140, all I needed was/is a full power factory spring and a piston for a Diana 350! Diana sent me a piston without any of the information you requested and they didn't need me to send the old piston back to them, they did send the WRONG piston but they sent it free of charge. I don't expect the spring to be free but I also don't want to spend $65-$140 on a rifle that's essentially fallen apart within 5 years of ownership. All I asked you for was a factory mainspring and a piston and you had neither..that's it!
