  I ordered a TJ, S 257 here on 12/24/2019. After this time I have no news of MR. A. Annuzzi Does anyone know if he took vacations for this Christmas or has other personal reasons for not answering your website requests ?.

Ordered mine Oct 10 2019. I've talked to him 2 times. Told me 2 times TJ liners hasn't got them finished yet.
Sent him a email 3 days ago asking again what was the hold up. Nothing back from him yet.

So is something chanced? Can you order TJ's liners to Europe without any importing license or has TJ license to send those liners to EU? I thought ITAR-statute hinders sending almost anything concerning gun parts....Scopes,blank barrels, etc. Bullet molds are out of list that I'm sure.

    For years I have ordered some spare parts and components for my air guns outside my country. It would be impossible to find them in Spain. Spare parts and after-sales service in Spain are a big problem, even for maracas made in CEE. I also ask for bullets molds.
Packages in Spanish Customs pay the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 26% and customs management costs. And very rarely they ask me what the package contains, and when they have done so, it is explained with a "form sheet" .
     It could also import air or firearms as long as it complies with the requirements of Spanish legislation, which sometimes has a deterrent character, that is, it is so complicated and has so many procedures that I do not.
  If MR Anthony Annuzzi is waiting to receive TJ's barrells, S can get in touch with his clients and say an approximate date for them to be available. On his website they are not "out of stock". It is the same case if he cannot send outside the USA.

I believe I give Tony a call and get my money back. he should have given notice that the product wasn't in stock. Then I guess I'll have to find someone else to do a barrel for me.

Called Tony said the barrel bushing were messed up and was having to redo them. So barrels must be there. Told him I was thinking about canceling. He asked me not to do that he's working on getting all things straighten out. And hope to have it out the first of next week. So am holding off till next week giving him time to get the job done. He apologize for taking so long.

Not the importing that is the problem. It's exporting from the USA that Itar rules apply. I don't think you are going to get your barrel. At least I don't think TJ has export license. But does Talontunes have license for exporting barrels?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Teemu, on shopping websites that do not ship items outside the USA, usually appears clearly: "it is not shipped outside the USA".

  After several emails to his forum and web mail "Talon Tunes" and to the one he has in Paypa (he uses two different), he has only answered once. And it was when he received my email of "cancellation of the order of buy "and asked to return the money. Then, by magic he offered me to send the barrel 257.
