Towards the end of troubleshooting the Flex going from shooting groups to patterning like a shotgun I was able to sneak in this best to date group and do it on the appropriate target. Please accept my humble submission.
The range---measured at 102 yards.
and the target.

Thanks guys. This afternoon I remembered having a bottle of FP-10 and a scale.... After getting 15 or so pellets within 2/10's grain of each other I put them in a tin with some lube. I had also swapped to the 1/2-20 barrel tensioning nut and a DonnyFL Shogun suppressor.
I was able to adjust zero and produce another .9" group, but this time where it counts.
I only recently started trying for small groups at longer ranges. The main thing I've learned is that even with smaller calibers, recoil management is the biggest challenge. You can have the perfect, most consistent shot cycle, the best tune, a well prepped barrel, and the best projectiles but if you don't manage recoil your groups will be plagued with less than desirable size and flyers....
Sometime i hope to stretch the Flex out beyond 100 yards.

Outstanding Mike! Yup once you can manage the follow through from the recoil you can get great groups! Also I found my .30 TJ's preferred pellets lubed with FP-10.

Great shooting Mike! That's on heck of a group at 100 yards. Dillon was your TJ barrel 1:26 twist? I have one from Mountain air and haven't ever lubed my pellets. Maybe I should do some testing.

Thanks for the congrats and compliments. What makes this build even more satisfying is that it is a combination of my and other board member's work. Scott/Motorhead machined the TJ's barrels. I spent a good bit of time on them with JB's bore paste. I made the shroud from ebay CF tubing. Rocker 1 made the 20ish gram MDS hammer with peek striker. the valve is an original WAR valve that I modified by adding a cobra chamber and 2mm stemmed peek poppet. Dillon graciously sold me the Cobra Reg off of a Flex he briefly owned.
Soon I hope to have the courage to swap over to the 22 inch barrel and see if it performs similarly to the 25"er. Right now the Flex is shooting so good I hate to risk messing up a good thing!

Thanks for the add.
Tom---this one required a bit of work to get it performing. I don't think I could have shot it this well with the original shot cycle....
