I'm a J.R.R. Tolkien fan boy so I like this.
It's 4000 years before the Hobbit stuff so some may not catch the connections.
I've read everything Tolkien wrote and published so it works for me.
Back in High School? I could read and write in Elvish.
That didn't really help with jobs back then.
"Can you read or write other languages?"
Yes. Elvish!

Still low on the "We gota hire this Guy" list.
When I interviewed for Special Forces while in the Army? That didn't help then.

Me too, read all the books (not much else to do while incarcerated  ) and seen all the movies, multiple times ( I have them on dvd ). But, I'll have to wait for this one because I'm not a Prime guy.

Nancy has prime with the Dark one so it's included.
So if you have Prime with Amazon? the prime channel comes with it.

Give it some time and it may show up on Pluto.

Now they did take crazy stuff for the Hobbit and Lords of the Ring stuff that was not in the Novels.

Galadriel's role in Jackson's The Hobbit film trilogy is entirely invented for the adaptation, as she does not appear in the original novel. She appears in all three films as a supporting character.

So far? I like the portrayal in the Rings of power.

I gotta say.... Betty Lou gets into some weird streaming series.
She's home all day and when I get home from work she wants to catch me up on something she's been binge watching all day as she moves through her daily routines.. cooking, cleaning and laundry.
I don't want to be rude but... most are not at all anything I am the slightest bit interested in. And even if I was, now she's talking through what's presently going on.
"Betty Lou, hunny, baby, sweetie darlin'... you're gonna need to talk alot faster if you want to catch up"... 
Besides, the days are getting shorter and I was hoping to shoot a gun before dark.

We are now streaming the Ed Sullivan Show on Pluto, and Red's been on there.
Watched him with my parents when I was a kid.
 Also there was a Movie..."The Fuller Brush" Man as I recall.
