Don't know about all you younger guys but finishing next to last with a 198 score feels pretty good to this old man. Because I am only in it for fun and in competition with myself. Congrats to all for competing. Really great scores and will probably be better as time marches on.

Those of us ~~addicts~~ ~~competitors~~ entrants get it....
It is all about trying to do better, and a great way to hone your skills and while away the weeks over these long winter months.
I am sure Jim is smiling on us and I am TRULY HONORED to be able to carry on his tradition by running these off season matches.
Plus it is just plain FUN!

Greetings! You are correct, I have learned the more I shoot (trying as hard as I can for a x) the more I learn. This is excellent way to get 'trigger time' which improves the more ya shoot.

So... just for a point of reference....
Back in 2016/17 when I joined this Casual Match and Jim was the host, I thoght I was HOT!
Took second place in the Jumper class with a 174-1X (there were only 2 entrants)
and shot my then all time high with a 194-8X. I was on cloud 9!!! (even though I came in last)
