Daystate regulated or not?

Definitely worth it. But then again, I refuse to own airguns that aren't regulated. So probably not the best to ask.

Absolutely. The trend seems to be toward regulated. If you are going to get a Daystate Regal Huntsman, get the latest version. Before I bought mine in .22 I was torn between the Regal and the Air Arms S510. The fact that the Huntsman was just updated to a regulated version made my decision easy. I'm really happy with it. It shoots good & looks great.

Good question. I don't know for sure. I usually shoot several guns when I go out & it's rare when I can fill the Daystate up to it's 250 BAR limit from my mostly partially filled SCBA tank. I usually end up filling up to around 220 BAR or so, shooting to check my scope zero, & then testing another weight or brand of pellet for groups. I'll have to shoot the Huntsman at full pressure again sometime after I refill the SCBA tank just to see. If I have enough air for a squirrel hunt, I figure I'm good. For some reason 45-50 shots per 250 Bar fill before it starts to fall off the reg. sticks in my head from when I first got the gun. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

I had a non regulated Regal XL as the regged versions were not available yet and it was very accurate..but, if you can get a better ES then yes it will make an excellent shooter that much better.
