2-7 Scope for my PCP

Good morning
I'm considering either the Burris 2-7x32 Droptine Rim Fire or the Vortex2-7x35 Diamondback Rim Fire for use on my PCP rifles

Most likely use will be the Freedom/Liberty 22 or the Sumatra 25.

My question is
Will either or both of these scopes stand up to use on a PCP?
My impression is that they will; but would like some knowledgeable advice.

Pretty much any scope will stand up to a PCP.

It is magnum springers that are usually the scope killers.

If it doesn't have AO I'd look for one that does.
Optic Planet has it for less than $200 which I think you can find a scope with those features and AO.

I opt for the side focus AO and also at least 40mm instead of 32.

Those scopes are focused at 50 yards. You really need a scope without fixed parallax for best accuracy at different ranges.

Yep, I didn't even look at those scopes for the parallax.

I prefer AO (Adjustable Objective) and 10 yards to infinity adjustment or closer.

Both of those scopes have parallax/focus set/fixed at 50 yards.   Not good for air guns.

How close do those focus?   All I saw was that they are side focus/parallax.   Nothing about how close, although I may have missed it.

I don't have any of the larger objective scopes but on the Bushnell listing page they state 10 yards for the 2-7x36mm. 

I do have a couple of the 32mm objective scopes and they do focus down to 10 yards.

I have a Bushnell AR 2-7 on my pumper. You won’t regret buying that scope. Way overbuilt.

What drew me  the Burris and the Vector without AO was the weight.

I personally like the 2x7x32 sizing.

I'm not sure about the Burris you are asking about.  The AO is really important, at least for me and I currently have the Hawke 2-7×32 AO and it works nice, can focus down to 3-5 yards, and works well out to 50-yards.  7 power and the small objective can be an issue depending on what size the target is.

I also have the Barska 2x7x32 AO as well.  I had to do a warranty return on the first one as the glass had a fuzzy lower guadrant.  The warranty return cost $15 and postage to return, however was able to talk them down to $10.  The replacement seems to be on level with the Hawke as far as clarity goes. 

The 2x7x32 is a winner.  And as others have said, PCP is not hard on a scopes.

i also have a bushnell AR on my umarex gauntlet .25 but mine is the 4.5-18x40 . i'm liking it a lot ! the reticle is not the glass etches so many folks here insist on but it's very usable for my purposes . having said that i am looking forward to getting my hawke 6-24x44 varmint back to put on it and save the bushnell for (hopefully) a .357 bulldog next summer/fall .

Beginner here, but I did a lot of asking questions re' a scope for my 9ft/ib rifle.

Lots of replies suggested the Simmons Whitetail & Hawke Vantage 2-7x32 AO.

The Simmons scope was difficult to source here in the UK, so I ended up going for the Hawke - and what a difference it is to the Centerpoint 4x32 that came supplied with my rifle.

I highly recommended the Hawke.

CenterPoints are considered junk by most people who have very much experience with scopes.  Especially their lower end, "comes on the gun" scopes.
