Shortest Paintball type PCP 3000psi bottle/reg combo?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a short setup?

I have ninja bottles w/ ninja regs and they are a smidge longer than I want. I'm trying to keep the length short. Air volume isn't my main concern, sub 200cc is more than fine. My quick searches haven't shown any potential, if you guys see anything I haven't I'd appreciate a reply!

Bottles I have are just shy of 7.5"
Regs are as short as 2" and as long as 2.5".

I would like to drop it by 1-2" OAL

6cm is pretty close to the edge of barrel contact unless a breech riser is used.

I've been looking at those tanks and I might have to try one, they are all over AliExpress and I believe on eBay too.

I'm not a fan of the bottle being past the muzzle, and I'm not wanting to lose plenum. I'm at 21cc right now, hoping to do a 17-18 fpe gun and a 12fpe version. Chopping the tube further I would probably make sure I had at minimum 17cc just to make sure I had enough for power.

Hi Cam, I suspect you're aware but for the sake of others who may be reading along, note these accept a metric regulator (M18*1.5), not a 5/8"-18 that is typical of the regs that come on most 13ci tanks like Ninja.  They're easy to find on Aliexpress and other sources.

How about a reverse bottle drop so you can have a huge plenum and keep full length bottle. Sterne does this on most of his builds

You have machines ... why not fabricate something custom ?  Say along the lines of a USFT type tube with end caps.

Wow that 7CI bottle is perfect, 114.7 CC almost doubles the volume. Too bad it's $50 shipping on a $70 item. I'm looking to have the end of the tank flush with the shroud.

Luckily I have both 5/8" and M18 style regs on hand! Thanks for bringing that up, it is a very valid point.

I hadn't seen any of those tanks before and if I can find a decent deal on any of them I will for sure be making a purchase.

I thought of doing that, but for the gun it will be attached to the legal requirements for the class it will be shooting cannot have anything lower than 3" from the bore line to be legal.
My QB79 setup has minimal Plenum, less than 10cc between the bottle block and the entrance to the valve. Makes 12FPE+ at 1050psi.

I'd consider building it if I had the time, but knocking out two birds with a regged bottle and time savings would be perfect. A drop on solution would be great.

The 13/3000 tank combos are typically very resonably priced but just a smidge long for the barrel.
