Uragan .30

   I purchased a .30 Uragan from Tony at TT she is pushing the 44gr JSB on average 930fps. Man this gun is SO ACCURATE!!! Question to any other .30 owners do you shoot slugs out of your Uragan and if so what grain and from who. I have her sited in at 75yds for night time predator hunting. Would love to find a slug for her.

   It's a beast Brother Manny. Come on down to Tx and I'll take you calling predators at night. The
Uragan is so accurate and nice to shoot off hand. Easy to handle and light weight and with 50shots per fill its more than enough to hunt all weekend with. Gonna try some NSA 43.5gr and 47.slugs out of her. It's the most acurate .30 I own. I love this gun, gonna save up to purchase a .22 Uragan go hunting and no need for tanks. The .22 get over 200shots .30 50shots. Man that will be nice!!!

    I haven't looked into that Manny. She is shooting so good with the 44 JSB I'll chronology the slugs and see how she does. I'll look for a power adjustment. Wise guy has a .25 Uragan and shoots the Varmint Knocker slugs. I will prolly contact him to Tony at TT

    You can't go wrong my Brother. I've read that the .25  shoots slugs very good and get around 110shots. Tony at TT can really crank her up for big power. Less shots but huge power.  That's the .25cal but I love the .30cal

Paint doesn’t stick well to carbon but you can take the shine off with steel wool

I was watching the video on Talon Tunes,

the gun was barely touching 900 fps, almost never,
 and it needs to be filled to 300 BAR, looked like it was getting off the regulator around 200 BAR

That was probably right out of the box. Tony will go through the gun before he sends it to you. Mine is shooting 930 average for 50shots with 44JSB pellets. My Buddy has his at 937fps with
44JSB and at 900fps with the 50JSB
All I know is that she is very accurate and a blast to shoot. I know that 50shots out of a .30cal is huge. My RS2 gets 14 shots and my
BT65.30 gets 7 before I refill.

   I haven't tried that. I fill to 300bar and shoot. I don't test much, if she's shooting good I know my ranges that's all I need. I know that the Wildcat .30 is giving 70FPE verses 80plus with my Uragan. I wanted a WC but had a change of heart. I refill after 5mags which is 45shots. I have shot 6mags but not over the chrono. I'll do a little shooting and get you some numbers. Also get a chrono reading at 200bar and 18shots. See how those numbers come out

I fill mine to 250 bar and I'm getting 55 shots at 920 - 925 fps.

Yeah the Uragan looks like a winner on many aspects.

    Thanks for that update Norm. I really don't do a lot of testing on a gun as accurate as the Uragan for my needs there is no reason. Lol that's good to know that your gun, Vince (my Tx Buddy) and mine are all close to the 925-935 mark.
