beeman r9 scope mounts in box??

I received my beeman r9 today and I had also ordered the beeman scope mounts. When I opened the rifle box, I was surprised to see that it came with scope mounts. Can anyone verify what kind of scope mounts are in the box? I ordered the beeman 5030m scope mounts and wanted to know which are the better mounts or if I should just use the ones that came in the box and return the beeman mounts for a refund?

This trigger is soooo good compared to my discovery. It also kicks like a mule in comparison! Any tips on shooting it?

yep it'll breakin just be patient! and lube it at some point or put a tune kit in it! this will turn it into a whole different rifle!

What should I use for lube? I read in the manual that I should lube the joints near where the barrel breaks. What kind of lube would be safe to use? I heard that stuff like remoil can eat away at rubber seals. I have divers grease too.

Keep your 5030m rings. If the one's that came with the rifle were like my R1 they are nowhere near the quality as the Beeman/Sportsmatch rings.

Congrats on your new R9. You are going to love this airgun. The Rekord trigger is arguably the best trigger on the market. You'll get used to the recoil. Try different holds but the artillery hold works best for me with my R9's. Use a rolled up towel to rest your hand on when you shoot. Try different pellets to see what your R9 likes best. Mine likes Beeman FTS and H&N FTT's are a close second

The hawke is nice and clear but i don't really like the reticle. It's not a mil dot.
