Good morning.
This morning, the GTA Forum is unusually slow.

Has is gotten its FLU shot yet?

Apparently not - It has been very slow for more that a day.

Yep, GTA has been slow since yesterday evening. Looks like they are doing some sort of maintenace to the site

Hummm! I looked again and I can't seem to find any post on this subject in this gate.
I did see that there was some maintenance going on about an hour ago. I thought that might fix the problem. But . . . .
It is too cold to go outside; so I'll just play some "Klondike Solitaire" while waiting.

Original post is on the back room. Thanks to Steveoh for bringing this issue to my attention. We were being slammed by web bots coming from Hong Kong. I went in and killed a ton of them. The forum is running 10x faster for me now. What say you?

NOW it's getting crazy. All I did was research and block web bot addresses pounding us from Hong Kong. Now a splattering of members cannot access the site, they get a prohibited message. I've looked at their GTA accounts and they are not using a Hong Kong address and their account looks fine on this end. Arrrggghhhh……

I'm one of those who couldn't access the site this morning, got the following message every time I tried to login:

"Forbidden.
You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle this request."

I was always able to log in but it took forever for anything to load up, I never did get anything but the forum pages but I just had one heck of a time navigating in the forum.

I had that happen to me yesterday, started having withdraws from not accessing GTA. Panic time!
