Is 70 the correct hardness?
I told the salesman that I was ordering for an airgun that was pumped by hand and these are what he suggested.
The reason I am ordering 100 sets is because I want to give 27 P17 owners 3 sets each for donating $5 to GTA.
One 006, two 008 and one 2.5mm x 20mm make a set.
I will include the 009, 116 and 117 because some people say they fit their guns better.

Your o-ring list looks like it will cover it.

I got my 1st P17 yesterday - so I did the checking of the compression tube air inlet hole - looked and felt smooth.
I polished it anyway with 7000 grit polishing paper - cleaned and re-lubed everything before 1st shot.

The only thing on my P17 is the compression tube o-ring is not exactly #116 nor #117 - close but original is a little thicker.
I re-assembled with original o-ring and gun shoots good - chrono at 410 FPS with Crosman 7.9g

I got my P17 a week ago or so.  Haven't checked anything yet but shoots strong with 8.3gr Superdomes @ 408fps avg. (good fit), and Crosman 7.9gr brown box Premiers @ 416fps avg. but the 7.9's fit a little loosely otherwise they would 've been faster.  With a couple of 7.9's that fit a little tighter I got 425fps.  The P17 shoots very consistently with 2-3fps extreme spread, and is very accurate just shooting it off-hand!  I am impressed so far for the price..  We 'll see how long the o-rings last.  A little hard to cock though..  I have to give my wrist a break every ~20 shots (have light arthritis).  Feels like 35-40lbs of effort.

I think you are correct on the thickness of the o-rings.
The thickness of the #116 and #117 is 3/32 inch(2.38mm).
The thickness of the original o-ring is 2.50mm.
I think the original is a metric size 2.5mm thick x 20mm ID x 25mm OD.

Hey earl, i realize this is an old post but worth a shot….

I swooped a xisco 120d (p17 clone) recently and staright out of the package its leaking air from the valve stem.
Do you still have any o-ring kits available for a GTA donation? If you do, im in!
