First time I've used my DAR22 in probably a year, a fellow member was kind enough to send me a magazine in perfect condition for it. It was probably 1:30 by the time I got out there, I first sighted it in after seven shots, went to the same sitting log where I got the big female yesterday and managed to get a big male 2 trees away from where I got the female yesterday. He was coming down the tree with a nut in his mouth and I shot him in the back. I wasn't able to see him on the ground except for a glimpse of his tail so I sat for about 5 minutes and walked over to where I seen him come down and he was dead when I got there. It was about a 35 yard shot I'd say. After shooting the squirrel I happened to notice a small tree about 40 yards away and there was a tack stuck in it, 3 shots and the tack disappeared on the third shot
