In need of a ruling on this please

Marty, I shot these last night and when I was doing my qualification measurements I found that I had printed my target too small.  The 4 ring measures 3.88, not 4.00.   This smaller set of rings makes it harder at 100 yards, doesn't it?  Can I use this? If so I will make another post with the rest of the documentation needed for authentication.

Thanks guys!  I was using the mosquito fogger at dusk and noticed that the fog did not drift at all. It just sat there and expanded slowly.  Shooting didn't even cross my mind, but then it sunk in:  dead still, no wind.  I couldn't get set up fast enough.

IMO the target being smaller than it should be would not disqualify a NUAH score or qualification.... but Marty has the last say....

Tony you're golden. Target being smaller is no problem, it just makes it a little harder. I added you to the list as a Master. Congratulations and welcome to the Club.

If you don't mind add a few pics of your setup and range to your post.
Like Fussell said, you should enter the current 100 yard match as well with your target.

Thanks Marty!  Will do a full submission and get in on the 100 yard contest.  I'd have before now, but it has just been so hot.
