Talon SS .30 x 215fpe

So I have the Talon SS in .25. For hunting bigger game in Texas it needs to be .30cal x 215 fpe at the least.
I have a cf 580 bottle plus a 95gram hammer. And most of the stuff to cast my own bullets.
I'm going to need the barrel and valve and .30 cal mould. So now I'm here asking for suggestions.

You're better off with another platform.  You will need to more than double the energy that the Talon delivers stock. Any of the single tube Sam Yangs will do out of the box, or you can go with a Texan.  I wouldn't use a .30 even if its legal, bigger is better when there is no hydro shock.

Yeah you won't get 215 fpe out of 30 with out larger valve. Then it takes a lot larger hammer spring and the breech is thinner. To make it safe things have to be modified.

That's why I don't sell .308 valves anymore.

lol I don't have a problem with getting things modified. I could probably go to a condor frame if the talon frame isn't strong enough. I had it setup back in 14 shooting 62g 6 rings slugs 875fps with a stock condor valve and stock hammer and spring.

It isn't a coincidence that they chose 215 ft lbs and .30 for the minimum.  Those are the ratings for the .30 Texan, Air Force was working with the Department of Wildlife during the process of getting them legalized to hunt with.
