Ar style grip on nova liberty will be difficult

Angled “loadbearing” surfaces, and light weight add up to a problem.
I had an idea about anfolding stock. First goto was a rem 870 grip.
Tough to marry the two! HELP!
Angles are weird, counterbore for nuts is a nail biter. Im trying to figure how to epoxy in aluminum inserts for stress relief.

Not a real bullpup.
More of a shortened stock.
A 6” buttstock keeps my trigger hand and arm close to my body for support, and should move the lever forward enough to be easily reached, and cycled.

yeah, that's where the drawings came from. I have one.
The walls would be thin, angular, and weird. Bolts from two different systems would be ovelapping unhappily.
Aluminum would be the only material i would trust to not crack, and im not buying a forge and mill just for this.
Too bad, it would have been neat!

I'll post a photo of it closer to completion, this evening.
I am pumping the pressure-tube back up to pressure, cause technically it is shootable.
As ugly as a platypus, or an electric pick-up truck, but able to launch a pebble, nonetheless.

So the inletted fore-stock is white oak, the quick thumbhole grip is glued on maple - it fits, and works, so i just need to put it away, or use it, until I can recarve it out of one piece. Needs some design work, too.
But the short buttstock, and forward scope mount gives a tight stance. A semi-bull-pup?
