thanks mike .... i was thinking you probably went the extra mile to make sure any known or suspected issues with anything you sell is taken care off before it leaves your hands .

Well I have a one week old b26 with a full tune from Mike and it just broke similarly. Not too happy at this point. I really wish I would have just spent the extra couple hundred and bought an R9.

I know I'm coming in a little late on this thread but I do have a little "pocket change" to add:
As a proud owner of one Mike's Full Tuned B26's putting the new Weihrauch HW95 cocking shoe was one of the best additions I made. But, as Mike pointed out, it wasn't necessary until I modified the rifle. The modified B26 did eventually break the original shoe, but it really was my fault. The new model fits like a dream, but I also have a HW95 piston, and
I have not used the new shoe with the original piston and liner.
In it's current state it cocks smoothly and tightens down the cocking arm and prevents it from rattling around - you really have to shake the rifle in order to hear the cocking arm move at all.
In summation: at the price go for it. Since the new design puts the downward cocking force on the receiver and not the piston I no longer have to deal with the shoe "dipping" into the liner/piston during cocking. Your milage may vary, but I really can't see how it could hurt as long as you have a proper fit. As always, Be Safe and Happy Shooting.
