Does anyone know of a Nova Liberty parts diagram?
A Disassembly Procedure thread/video would also be helpful

Buying some balloons tomorrow to begin tracking down the leak

Michael I've found mistakes in those manuals but they're the best out there right now.  One mistake was the size of the o ring in particular, come to find out they had two of them switched around.  The ideal scenario is to have an original to measure, that way you don't have to convert the Chinese descriptions.

I'm fairly certain the file

AssemblyInstructionsForHP-P1000W_HP-P900W.pdf

in the linked folder is what you want. From the info I have it is the same rifle, just rebranded.

... and yes, the o-ring sizes listed may be wrong or specified in a non-standard way. Measure old/original o-rings and cross reference before ordering replacement o-rings.

The most common error, is that the O-rings in the manual are CS X OD, and most metric O-rings are labeled CS X ID.   That mistake cost me a few bags of 100 O-rings I'll never use.   Just subtract 2 * CS from the OD to get the correct ID.

I'll stop waiting impatiently for my Freedom O ring order;& begin putting together a corrected one
Good thing it was  only a few sizes & the important ones (006 for the pump) are correct
It never occurred to me either that the dimensions would be in O.D.

Now putting together a list for the Liberty as well

You were right about the file, mikeyb
I saw it and assumed it was the same Freedom file that is floating around the forums.
It even has Liberty specific pictures.
I've saved it to my google drive.
Tried saving it directly to my laptop as an excel file; & the pictures don't show up
Curious!!!
It may just be my special relationship with technology

Don't thank me, thank Stephen. He's the one who took the time to make the vid. It sure helped me to understand what the internals looked like. If you take apart the reg make sure you're real careful with getting the bellevue washers stack correctly when reassembling.

I have not watched the video yet.
You mention a reg (regulator?)
Is the Liberty regulated over & above the Hi/Low power setting valve?
If so, where is it located?
Is it externally adjustable?

The liberty has both a regulator and the high low dial. The reg is what seperates the liberty from the freedom beside the pump. On the freedom you are the reg by pumping to maintain your best pressure or sweet spot.
