NUAH Submission- 100 yards with XISICO XS28M

For some reason I thought all 5 had to be in 4 MOA, I just realized my mistake. Apparently I qualified on 6/16, and I shot two targets that would have qualified on 6/11 but later found out it was only ~94 yards.

I would like to submit the following two targets.

Equipment Details:

Gun - XISICO XS28M, fully tuned from Mike M at Flying Dragon
FPS - ~755
Scope - UTG 4-16x44, AO, MilDot
Ammo - 18.13 gr JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy Diabolo
Other - Folded towel, camp stool

Date: 6/16/2019
Time: Morning
Range:  100 yards (measured by laser rangefinder, thanks Bargain Gate!)
Wind/Weather:   Light wind, temperature ~75 degrees (I don't remember exactly)
Group: 3 1/16", 5 3/8"
Position:  Butt on the camping stool, open hand on the towel

My range is out my front door, lucky me. Circled in the picture is a 12" gong hanging from a metal sawhorse at 100 yards, I hang the targets from that sawhorse (2 at a time, less walking).

Adam, either target will get you in as a Member but before I can add you to the list you need to post a picture with a ruler across the 4moa line as per rule 6
"all targets will have a ruler laid across them with one end on onside of the 4 MOA ring. This way we will eliminate any question to the size of the 4 MOA ring".

D'oh! If you asked me two days ago if I was better at rules or shooting I would have definitely said rules, I'm not so sure now.

Is there any point in submitting additional, better targets if they aren't good enough to move you to the next level? I'm attaching them anyway, since I already took the picture and resized it

To answer your question. All your targets have at least 1 pellet outside of the 4 Moa ring. In order to move up the ranks you need to get all 5 pellets inside the 4 Moa ring(the #8 ring). Once that happens it depends on you group size and group placement as to which division you qualify for. So yes keep trying to move up the ranks. That's the fun part and there is no problem with submitting extra  pictures of different targets.
Here is how to qualify for the different divisions to move up the ranks:
     Member - 3 out of 5 shots inside or touching the 4 MOA ring
     Marksman - all 5 shots inside or touching the 4 MOA ring, and the group is 3 MOA or   smaller measured Center to Center.
    Sharpshooter - all 5 shots inside or touching the 4 MOA ring, and the group is 2 MOA or smaller C-T-C.
     Expert - all 5 shots inside or touching the 3 MOA ring(9 ring), and the group is 1.5 MOA or smaller C-T-C.
     Master - all 5 shots inside or touching the 2 MOA ring, and the group is 1 MOA or smaller C-T-C. (2 MOA ring on the target is required.)

I'd say yes for several reasons.
Mostly as a way others can be inspired. The group influence is a powerful driver.
Your shooting a Springer! Others that may see those with PCP's and not even attempt this will be inspired.
