I replaced the piston seal and the breach seals on my TX200 today. In these pics it looks like there is a little metal chipped of the port. Is this a concern?
Also when I first cocked the rifle it mad a kind of cracking noise at the end of the stroke. I assume that was the seals being pushed into place? I took some shots with it over the chronograph and the velocity is up a bit from what it was and it's pretty consistent so I don't think I broke anything.

I don't know what would have caused the chipping. Possibly trying to pry out the breech seals? It does not appear to be any place which would affect the operation or accuracy of the gun.

I think your ok. The chipping was probably done while milling.

I've had 3 AA TX200 pistons, and they all had that small cutout.
