I've snipped pics showing all interactions of this deal directly from my e-mails and the website and I am building a folder of evidence.
Included will be;
The original listing on ebay showing the item being shipped from within the USA.
Confirmation of my purchase.
Confirmation that my item was being shipped via ePacket.
Snips showing all 3 attempts to contact seller with no reponse.
Restrictions of ePacket showing 4.4 pound limits 2.5 kg.
Specs from YH showing item weight 16.2 kg.
USPS tracking showing shipping label has been created.
The history on the seller including before and after 70 items vs. 0 items.
Bank statement showing transaction.
Also.... neg feedback on seller within the past couple days.
Almost all of this info comes directly from the eBay website.
I suggest the rest of you do the same.
Now with all my info in hand, I will contact eBay.

Had my phone call with eBay....
Basically told the same thing in very broken English.
Seems like the translation book doesn't have spaces between the words.
Anyhow, if the delivery date passes and I either don't receive the item or it is the wrong item eBay will request a refund from the seller. They have 3 days to respond. On the 4th day eBay will open my claim for a refund from eBay. Now I will contact my bank and give them a heads up so I can be on record if eBay fails.

I was told the same thing but the guy I talked to was very nice and spoke perfect English, with no noticeable accent, I imagine they have a lot of people answering phone calls.

And they should have. Seems they don't watch for obvious scammers very well.

Acceptance buy the shipper in China.
Now I have tracking flagged by USPS and will receive updates.

I don't know the law that well. As much as I hate scammers and thieves, I'll be happy when we all get our money back and it's over. I half expected this outcome and took the chance with eyes open.

Bill look on the bright side you did put on your floaties before you hit the water

Fortunately I bought my Yong Heng compressor before the TGBT offer hit E-Bay and paid $249.00 for mine with a counter offer from the seller after I put in a bid for $239.00 for the $265.00 Yong Heng compressor that shipped TMD from Cali in six days .

I would also have put an oar in the water since the guts of my F8 are on their way back to Freedom compressors for a rebuild after I bollixed up my home rebuild after 5+ years of extensive use with only lubing using lithium grease. As a side note I found grease inside the HP cylinder and think the failure may have started with the HP piston o-ring failing and blowing out most of the hp seals

Exactly... not something that meets the ePacket restrictions of 4.4 lbs.
That said... there is a service called ePacket Express for larger heavier items but that's a whole different monster.

Mine also came packed the same way and in my opinion was probably the most heavy duty packing I have seen to date

I bought my Vevor from another member. It was opened, tested and repacked in the same "crate" as ya'll describe. Matter of fact.. I still have it and the Styrofoam incerts. If I transport my Vevor to my Sisters for a weekend of shooting I put it in the original 'crate'.

My vevor still keeps blowing the burst disks. I contacted the seller and he's offering a partial discount to compensate. I think the burst disks that were sent with the compressor are too thin for the pressure at on .0095".

Hi Robert the burst discs that came with the YH are .009/.0095 also and .275 dia. Maybe something is blocked up forcing them to blow?
