Thanks Bill. I took the burst disk holder apart and found that the third disk I installed is bulging and I've not even got to 4k with that one.

Could somebody measure the thickness of the burst disk for either the vevor or the yong heng. I measured the ones that came with my pump and they came out to .0095 thou. All of the burst disks on ali said they are 3.5mm thick which is .0138 which could be the problem with the burst disks blowing at no more than 4K psi. I've had 4 blow at anywhere between 3500 and 4000 psi. I've already sent a message to the seller telling him the item is NOT as described so we'll see what happens.

Well, the seller is refunding me $15 which will just about cover getting the right burst disks and some second stage rings.

Those are not like the high pressure seals in my Vevor.

No problem. Well, I did get the seller to refund $15 because of the burst disk problem. I think the ones that came with the pump were to thin and giving way to easily. As soon as that slow boat from china arrives at my PO box I'll switch out the disk and give it a try. I really don't need to go that high in pressure but when you pay for some thing to a certain thing even if you don't need all of it's capability it needs to perform to that level. I have a CBR1100XX blackbird and it's suppose to be able to go 177 mph, now there's no way in heck I'll ever go that fast but it darn well should be able to in my book. I've taken it up to 155 mph and felt like I was going to get blown off the back even with the fairing. lol Never again!!

There is a store on Aliexpress called Antlers Online. You have to message a person there (I downloaded the app on phone) and send them a pic of what you want. I got a few for my Vevor that way.
