Eight raccoons and seven blackbirds so far this morning. Hope to nail a few geese shortly. (farm crop depredation control - legal here)
Thatīs the reason I went for a .177, bought my mrod almost 2 months ago, Iīve already shot more than 5,000 pellets, I shoot mostly in my room. That many pellets in .22 wouldīve doubled what I spent, but one thing, when I shoot in my room, I use cometa wadcutter pellets, they work very well in short distances, and cost 60 pesos(around 5dls per 500 pelets tin), when I have the oprtunity to practice outdoors I use crosman premiers.
I just recently got my benjamin disco a week ago and i've already gone through more than 1000 pellets. I'm just curious as to how much the rest of you are shooting because for me personally, I think that is quite a lot of pellets. Given that my gun is in 22, I can see this getting expensive quite quickly if I continue shooting at this rate. I'm starting to think maybe I should have gone with the .177 just because of the volume of shooting I do most of it being target practice and plinking. So, is 1000 pellets a week a lot or a little? I guess it depends who you ask as it's all just relative. I have way too much time I guess.
