I need some help with finding a replacement stock for my Beeman R1.
Does anyone know of a synthetic stock made for the Beeman R1 ?
Or what are the options for a lower priced wood replacement stock ?
The wood HW80 stock looks like a R1 stock with the front two inches rounded off, is that correct ?

Yes, the HW80 stock fits the R1

, it just doesn't look as good

I don't know of a synthetic replacement?

I checked TW CHambers. Out of stock as well. I also checked everywhere I can think of for Weihrauch parts, including various airgun classifieds. No joy, sorry.

Next best thing I can think of is to contact Chris or Dennis at Krale and see if they can help.

1. No synthetic stocks made for R1 that I have heard of.
2. HW 80 OR learn the craft of wood carving. Blanks can be had for $40.
3. Contact Custom Stocks on the UK. Not really cheap but still affordable.

Beeman (Maybe Marksman sold it too) made an R1W for awhile.
Not very popular.

Personally, I would never pay $250 for that piece of junk (Beech) stock, maybe $75.

Its too bad the guy at Ameristocks will not rough out a blank for you to finish, kind of like AGH used to do. Get a nice piece of wood roughed out for your gun.

Definitely find one used, I need to find one too

My HW80 has the stubbed stock too--lost two inches at the barrel joint. To me this does look better than an R1 stock. Can't an HW80 stock fit?
I saw the responses and was surprised finding one is this hard.

My R1 fell off of a chair out in the garage with the barrel cocked. I was leaning it against the back of the chair to let chamber oil sit on piston seal for a time. I came back out to garage, gun on floor. The stock is cracked on left front back to barrel pivot for 1/4" down. If the stock was trimmed back it would nearly match the HW80.
I glued it, but I will have a professional repair done.

I know he's serious. He's one of those antique looking wood types. I thought about sending you my HW 80 Stock for yours as well, but I think you should keep it the way it's glued now. That area of the stock isn't involved in strain.

Thanks for the offers, but I will keep the R1 stock and have it repaired to look better than my glue job.
The stock is the original 1988 beech with a walnut stain.
I have had the gun in the safe for most of its life, only took it out to shoot the new JSB heavy pellets.
They did not have a good FPS, so I was oiling gun.
The event had some serious swearing involved.

However, IMO the older stocks were just crafted better. Better lines, checkering, more streamlined forearm, pistol grip and simply more refined. The pistol grip on my R10 (very similar) is a perfect fit for me.

The fractured stock in question can be fixed so you couldn't tell the difference unless you're the repair man.

Totally agree on the older stocks. Good luck on finding a used R1 full length stock. They are line hens teeth.
I was lucky and found a blem that had sit for years that was replaced back in the day with a new one from Beeman. Repaired a hairline crack and loving it vs that stubby STOCK.

I do have a Goudy R10 stock in the rack. Replaced it with the R11/HW98 stock. I already had put and HW98 barrel on the R10. Now I've duplicated my Sold HW98 Stroker build in an R10.

I have to say some of the older stocks do look nice. Even the plain HW stocks. Here was a HW 80 mki I gobbled up NIB. Here was how it looked after being stored for much time untouched. Pictures don't really do it justice. Finish has more shine, better colors, and nice sharp checker.
