Discovery and SWFA Lawsuit?? Anybody know what is going on ...

Came across this today and wondered if anybody knows what is happening? I was about to order a Discovery scope !!!!

Copying a reticle , is kinda like copying a car . Sure it has four tires and a steering wheel , but is it really a copy ? After all we are talking mil or moa and there are only so many ways you can dice that up IMO. I can understand that the folks at SWFA are a tad upset about the reticle since it is brilliant in design . Looking at both you can clearly see the differences .

There are a lot of VERY good reviews on Discovery scopes, and they seem to be priced very well in the market ..... SWFA scopes are quite a bit more expensive. I understand their frustration at possible infringement (to Hobbyman2007's point) but if it is a SIMILAR design, and they are of decent quality, and competitively priced ....After all doesn't competition drive the market?
