RWS Hobby and Basic

Has anyone noticed any difference between the RWS Hobby and Basic .177. Both are 7 gr and a slight difference in price. Just wonder about performance. The Basic seems to do pretty well for me but has been awhile since I tried the Hobby.

I've never seen Basics, but I like the hobby in my multi-pump pneumatics.

One reviewer on pyramydair said: "Why should I buy the more expensive pellets when the Hobby shoots so well?" My springer shoots much better with Meisterkugeln than Hobby, but I think just because of the extra weight of the Meisters.

Its been a while, since I shot them, but I had the Hobby, Basic, and Meisterkugeln.
Shot them mainly out of my Quest back when it was .177 cal and before she was tuned.
I preferred the look of the Hobby's with the ribbed skirt, but they were equally accurate.

I have a couple tins of the basic and one of the hobby and I can't tell a difference.

I have both also they shoot the same for me. Also you can get the pellets from walmart online with free site to store shipping. I think there 5.06 for 500
