I was shooting the Sheridan Silver streak yesterday too.  I had recently remounted a scope on the Silver Streak and was zeroing the scope.

Yesterday I fed some straying Backyard Beasties a little lead from my   "new to me"   25 Cal. Hatsan 125.   

There was great devastation, out back, at the tree line, and there was blood on the forest floor.   

I did not take any pictures of my deed..... soooo......I guess... it just did not happen......RIGHT ?

What scope did you go with on your streak?

Right now I have a cheap Center Point 2x Pistol scope on it.  It has a lot of eye relief..about 20 inches. 

I have the scope mounted in a Scout Scope fashion in front of the breach area. 

I plan on eventually getting a 4x scope that has long eye relief and mounting it in the same way.

I'll have and wait and save up for that.  Having recently bought the 25cal Hatsan 125th,  my "air rifle funds" are depleted at present.

I am retired and living on social security.  I have 16 guns to outfit and not enough money. 

I really should sell many of my guns and get it down to 2 or 3 .......but I like them All & have a specific hunting use for each one.

I won't be needing an addition to my house quite yet.       I've got a Really Big Gun Safe.       They All fit into it.... too !         

My problem is that Social Security just doesn't pay all that well.         

On the bright side......Having to support 16 Air Guns.....         Certainly  beats having  16  EX - Wives.

Buddy........I'm with you there.     

I only have 1 EX-Wife and that was a very long time ago (35 yrs).  She did not like any type of gun or hunting....not one bit.   She was truly Satan's Daughter...for real !       

The Gal I have been married to for the past 30 years is a sweetheart and an Angel.    I know that Heaven smiled upon me and Blessed me the day I married her.    My bad marriage makes me really appreciate this good one.

I Had the Hatsan 125 TH .25 Cal. out shooting today, in-between the reoccuring thunderstorms this afternoon. It was about 5:30 PM when I did this specific group of shooting.  I waited until the wind died down before I shot these groups. I have started to zero-check all my hunting rifles, so as to be ready for the up-coming fall hunting season, starting in mid Sept..   I was shooting .25 Cal. Benjamin 28.7 Grain Destroyers and Domes.  The Distance to the target was between 40 and 46 yards as paced over rough ground. The ground dips and heaves so the straight line distance is probably closer to 40 yards so I just call it 40 yards for this post.  I knew from past shooting of this rifle that the scope needed just a little tweaking. I did that to day and then took these pictures.  When I shot these groups I was seated just inside the doorway of my backyard walk-thru garage door.  My forward off-hand was braced on the door frame and my rifles fore stock was resting in the Vee formed between my thumb and fingers.   

The Off-Hand shots were taken while standing just inside the doorway. My off-hand elbow was braced on my side and the rifle was resting in my open palm between my thumb and fingers.  Surprisingly enough, this .25 Cal. Hatsan 125 rifle is not too bad as an off-hand shooter.

I have a 2 inch spinner set out at 28 yards that is mounted into a 2x6x10 board for stability.  When I would shoot the spinner... the spinner would do a 360 degree spin and the spinner would be tipped over and pushed back about 4 inches or so.  My other rifles won't strike that hard.  The .22 Cal. Benjamin Trail NP Xl 1100 comes pretty close to doing a 360 spin and the Crosman Summit Ranger NP2 will knock the spinner back a full 90 degrees.  None of the other rifles will spin it 360 degrees while typing it over and backward

Yes this gun shoots well with 25.cal Benjamin 28.7 Gr. Pellets and... I Really... LIKE IT A LOT.

But....I Like ALL of my guns ...and regularly hunt with them all.
