Thank you all for your input, lots of useful and informative advice.I did a lot of research this weekend and I think the Flash is probably my best option. It all pretty much comes down to ease of hand pumping, so it is between the smaller reservoirs of the Flash and the Urban. Since I would want a few extra magazines, I am thinking of the Urban as having a noticeably higher price sticker than it initially seems. The trigger on the Flash also seems to be a bit more adjustable. Finally, add in that I would like the extra power and wind resistance of the .25 caliber pellets, and I think the Flash wins out for my needs/wants. (How is my logic so far, anti-squirrel? )Now for the personal inclination, AKA "feelings". Between the two iterations of the Flash, the bullpup version and traditional carbine version, I definitely am drawn more toward the Flashpup. However I noticed in the AEAC review video that he found it could not be cocked while prone, since rear placement of the bolt does not allow enough leverage in that position. Not being able to make a quick follow up shot while in the most accurate field position would be a deal breaker for me, and would mean it would be time to look at the skeletonized plastic stock. Has anyone else that has a Flashpup found that it can't be cocked while laying prone?
I just saw a great deal on a Flash Pup in .25 in the classifieds here.

Now that, Gentlemen, is enabling 101.
It seems, from what I have read, that the Chinese hand pumps are hit and miss, and even if someone finds a hit, another can be ordered from the same company on ebay and something different than the original can show up.Since this would be my only fill source to start, and I would be extremely annoyed if it gave out and left me with high and dry. I guess I have two options: 1. Order two cheapos on ebay and be ready to learn how to rebuild. this would be good2. Order something like an Air Venturi G7S which can be had for around $110, and would be a known entity. up to you, but not a necessityI have read good things about Taousa as well, so maybe that could be an option as well for a known entity?never had one, but perhaps they're known enough to be considered one, so I agree with youI know I need to treat whichever I get properly; slow steady pumping, keep it lubricated, don't let it get hot, etc. I don't have many virtues, but patience is generally one of them (except when people interrupt me mid-sentence, that will really tick me off)I learned a tip from a friend of mine: when possible, pump while you're in AC. The pump stays cool. I've been doing that, and my Benji pump has been very happy.
