I am working on a design for a .177 pistol that is going to require fairly consistent pressure to operate. Does anybody have a functioning design they are willing to share? I am mainly looking for valve dimensions and corresponding spring part numbers. It would be for my own personal project, not something I plan to sell.

Why not buy a Ninja reg. and machine your own housing to use their piston and spring?.... That would be the easiest if you have enough room for it....

I may have to do that, though I want to see what I can fit in my assembly before I purchase anything. Space is cramped due to an unconventional setup.

I tore apart a regulator I have on one of my guns and got the data I need from it. Is it ok (within forum rules) to share that here?

I don't see why not.... There are a ton of regulators out there, many very similar designs.... and some where the parts will interchange....
