Send me his info. I'll give him $40 for it!! (J/K.... ).It's an even better buy if it has the screw-on rear sight (and a rifled barrel). You didn't mention how many pumps it took to get to that 625fps. Whatever condition the internals are in, it's a good deal. Parts are still available.

Grab it !! Then prepare to be disappointed with alot of other guns costing much more.
Good info Mark. I will check it for pressure holding with 1 pump tomorrow.I believe it is made from 1980-1992, is rifled barrel, no warnings, no diamond, etc.
Take the metal 880 & ditch the plastic then run like you stole it...which you actually did.
Ray - Although as Mark said, a rifled barrel and screw-on sight are one year only (I actually didn't know that) I'm still curious about yours. (I'm calling it yours because you know you're gonna buy it! )Any chance of some pics? And, FYI, there's a metal version on the bay right now that needs A LOT of work and is up to $26.50 (incl. shipping) with four days left to bid, so consider what you're holding there.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Daisy-Model-880-Metal-Receiver-Shoots-Weakly-For-Parts-or-Repair/163610702498?hash=item2617f532a2:g:YQ0AAOSwd89clSMVI have two metal ones, one with the screw-on sight (Lot #B70xxxx). I put an ebay $12 rifled barrel on it. The other has the welded sight but came with the rifled barrel (Lot #E10xxxx).
Buy the metal one. Not only is it made from superior materials, but you know for sure that it is accurate.
Mark will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think your Lot number indicates the following:K = November03xxx = 1980
Good morning everyone, I have been going over every inch of the 880 and here are my findings. I will post some photos once the camera battery is charged.I put 2 pumps in it and fired, listening to the report. Pumped 2 again and left it overnight. This morning I fired it again and the report sounded the same( in enclosed basement). Pumped 2 again to compare with the just fired shot and sounded the same to me.Located the Lot #--K037880, left side of barrel, also patent #- left side next to receive, Rogers, Ark.Butt plate has Powerline on itBarrel right side has RifledButt stock has 1 screw on left sideCocking lever has loading and firing instructions printedCocking lever has latch that fits into trigger guard.Rear sight is weldedIf I understand correctly this was manufactured in 1980Anything else I should look for??
