Benjamin Prowler muzzle break

I got a Benjamin Prowler Nitro Piston in .22 cal for Christmas and the more I look at it the more I realized that the plastic muzzle break had to go. Anyone else remove theirs?  What a difference in appearance without that useless piece of plastic. After 200-300 pills down the pipe she's finally broken in. Her favorite pellet is the H&N Field Target Trophy 14.66gr 5.5mm. Slighted in at 20 yards through a UTG 3-9x40 True Hunter with a UTG Accushot integral ring mount. The last five targets were 10 shot groups all able to be covered with a dime.

I just bought one of those muzzle brakes and could use another.
 I remove front sights when I put on a scope,because usually the barrel end looks like &^^& without the sight.

I just took the so called muzzle brake off my .22 prowler and I do like the look. Being that the inside is an exact for the barrel I think with some material for lining it may make a very good LDC. I'm going to insert different diameters of tubing then venting the sides to allow the pressure to escape slowly.

I had a Titan with the plastic brake. I replaced it with a Crosman steel brake from the, IIRC, Regal parts list for $4 plus shipping.

Where did you say you ordered the steel break from?

I remember now- it was the brake from a Summit, not a Regal. I found the part number from the Summit parts diagram on the Crosman website, called Crosman, and ordered it from them.

Guessing I'll be calling Crosman for another of their brakes. Taking front sights off another.
