smoked Christmas piggy on the BGE !!

took a sow back in Oct for a couple fresh hams on the Big Green Egg
started this cook @ 2am with pecan smoke. prolly around noon it should be ready to feast on.
baste'n with pineapple juice periodically.

BTW, the recluse using rick morrell's 100gr hollowpoint dropped her in her tracks
