I ordered an Ataman Bullpup, scope and pellets from Bwalton in CA last January 11, 2018 for a total of $2,285 charged to my credit card at that time. He was to do some custom work on the rifle. We've spoken briefly a couple of times during spring and summer and I found out that the rifle was on backorder.

Come fall...all communication from Bwalton had stopped. I have not received any part of the original order including scope or pellets. Since it's been over 8 months, on Oct. 22, 2018, with no response from him, I canceled my order via his website, phone and followup letter requesting a refund. NO RESPONSE via any means. IS HE STILL IN BUSINESS?

It’s not looking too good for any Bwalton customers . Even his YouTube channel has been wiped clean of any of his content . I’d look at some of the other forums see if has been posting . He hasn’t been here in a while .

Good luck , like Motörhead stated , better get ahold of your credit card and start a claim .

That guy sounded like full of BS to me a long time ago and called him out several times on his claims, but this level is real bad, hope you and other are able to recover your money.

I just did a bunch of searching . This guy seems to have vanished from the face of the earth , even had my wife creep him on Facebook .

This really is sad for all those who have lost hard earned money . Best of luck to all .

That really stinks and you probably won’t be able to claim anything with the cc company either. I think all cc have a 90 day policy on making a claim. Hope you get a response and get what you paid for.
