New MP molds

MP Molds have come out with a slug mold that has a front band that is pellet head sized and has a rear band that is skirt sized. On another forum one guy posted ridiculously small 100 yd groups shooting these slugs from a choked barrel. Is this a new concept? Any of you tried these? There 35.3 grain with  40:1 lead .

I have bought that mould and expect delivery in a few days and hope to test the slugs in my Hatsan and Sumatra before Christmas.

I bought all three MP moulds, 5.52, 5.55, 6.35.  They arrived yesterday.  Regards, Tom

The 6.35 mold casts at 50 grain and does shoot very well
from my Daystate Air Ranger and I've gotten results from
other people with Air Force Condors that have had excellent
results from the 25 cal MP mold .

The 8 cavity 5,52 MP mould has arrived. In pure lead the slugs are 35,5 grain and shoot at 30 yarts allmost in the same hole with the Sumatra and the Sumatra carbine at 3 clicks back from the maximum power setting. In the Hatsan AT44 single shot (52 Joules), these bullets makes the same group, also in the Sam Yang Snipe at low power and at high power.
I could not make a shot stings.
All my other slugs are out steel moulds with 1 or 2 cavities. So casting with a aluminium 8 cavity one, is for me a *(&^ of a job but but the results are very good.

An 8 cavity brass .22 mold makes my arm hurt just thinking about it, am I missing something  on his website? Does mp not do smaller count molds or is he just out of stock

I think all 8-cavity molds are Aluminium. Best way to get information on stock molds is sending email to Miha... There is molds from 2 to 8-cavity. But not all models
